What can I earn?  Graduate-level credits

 

Semester/Quarter?  Quarter

 

Price per credit?  $55 per SPU quarter credit + TINT Tuition Fee


Which classes?  All of our current classes are offered with SPU.

 

Term?  You have one year from the date of enrollment to complete the course. Seattle Pacific University runs on a year-long term. The term reflected on your transcript is based on the date on which you enroll. In addition, a completion date will be listed showing the date your final grade was entered.

 

Student account creation?  If you have never taken a course through SPU, you will need to create an SPU student account.  There is no charge.  You will provide basic  information plus your social security number (IRS requirement for Higher Education Institutions).

 

Registration Process?    On the TINT website, find the TINT class you want to register for and click on "Registration Options" and select "Register with Seattle Pacific".  You will be taken to a page on the SPU website where you will register for and pay for the class (TINT and SPU Tuition).  You will receive a confirmation email that you have registered that will include your receipt and a link to the course work right away!

 

Payment options/timing? You will pay both the TINT tuition fee and the SPU credit fee at the time of registration.  During registration SPU will collect both fees.


I have finished my course.  How soon is my grade posted? SPU posts grades within two business days of receipt from the instructor.

 

Limit of numbers of credits?  No more than 60 quarter credits in an academic year.

What can I earn?  Graduate-level credits

 

Semester/Quarter?  Quarter

 

Price per credit?  Per PSU COE tuition and fees the cost for for AY 25/26 is $306.77 per quarter credit + TINT Tuition Fee. This price will increase in the AY 26/27 starting in the Fall to $338.22 per quarter credit + TINT Tuition.  Fees are listed on each individual class page.

Term?  You have two academic quarters to complete your coursework (about half a year depending on when within a term you register). At the end of the term you enrolled in, if you haven't completed the course, the instructor will mark the course as "in-progress".  Once you are done with the course, the instructor will submit your grade.

 

Student account creation?  If you have never taken a non-degree seeking course through PSU, you will need to create a PSU student account.  There is a $27 ($25+$2 fee) charge.  You will provide basic information and should receive your PSU ID within a few business days.  Once you have your PSU ID you can register with TINT.  Click here to create an account.  Have questions?  Read this document.

 

Registration Process?    On the TINT website, find the TINT class you want to register for and click on "Registration Options" and select "Register with PSU".  You will be taken to a PSU Registration page where you will register for and pay for the class (TINT and PSU Tuition).  Confirmation emails are not automatic but will be sent ASAP.  Once you have registered, you can get started on the coursework.

 

Payment options/timing? You will pay both the TINT tuition fee and the PSU credit fee at the time of registration.  Credit Card fees will be collected using Square Payment or you can mail us a check.

 

I have finished my course.  How soon is my grade posted? PSU posts grades at the end of the academic term in which you registered.  Since you have a year to complete your coursework, you may not finish within that term which is fine.  Once you finish your work, your teacher will submit your grade to PSU who will post your grades within two business days of receipt from the instructor.


Limit of numbers of credits?  

Fall Term: August 1 - November 30 - 8 credit maximum

Winter Term: December 1 - February 29 - 8 credit maximum

Spring Term: March 1 - May 31 - 8 credit maximum

Summer Term: June 1 - July 30 - 21 credit maximum
